Returns & Delivery.

 

At No.3 Interior we always aim to do our very best when offering our services/products to customers, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s, this can be for a refund or exchange. No.3 Interior offers returns in accordance with our returns policy. This regretfully excludes purchases that have been monogrammed or personalise with bespoke embroidery.

  • Full Price: Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us to authorise your return quoting your order number, the receipt of goods and reason for return.

  • Promotions:  Items purchased on promotion are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us to authorise your return quoting your order number, the receipt of goods and reason for return.

  • Discounts/Markdowns: Items purchased at a discounted rate are eligible for return for site credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. (Not on promotion)

  • Final Sale: Item purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a full refund.

The item must be refund in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment/dust bags, authenticity cards and other signature packaging materials. Refund/site credit will not be processed until all items are inspected by No.3 Interior. Any returned items that are damaged will not be accepted for refund or site credit. Refund/site credit is processed within 5-7 business days of when the item is received at our warehouse and 8-10 business days to appear into your bank account. We do not cover return postage costs.

No.3 Interior will also monitor the condition of items returned/cancelled by customers. Repeated offences are a violation of our terms and conditions and will be flagged. At our discretion, this may lead to the closure of your account.

 Faulty Items

Items that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within (1) month of purchase are considered faulty. However, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear do not apply and No.3 Interior will determine (using judgement) whether the damage is material. Damage/faulty items can be replaced subject to availability and where possible we can offer a repairing service. If for any reason a product cannot be replace or repaired you will be entitled to a full refund within the (1) month period.

Out of Stock

If for any reason No.3 Interior is unable to dispatch your item/s ordered, you will be notified via the email address provided to arrange the following -

  • An agreed alternative item.

  • An back order

Product Colours

No.3 Interior ensures with all our efforts that the colours of items are displayed as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that items shown through technology will be true to colour.

Delivery

Standard: 8 GBP (£ - UK residents only)

  • Receive your purchase in 7-10 working days after the order has been accepted. Signature will be required.

  • Delivery between 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note, first time orders must be delivered to the billing address associated with the payment method. No.3 Interior is unable to accommodate delivery to PO boxes and we are not liable for lost of stolen parcels.

International: 20 GBP (£ - USA, Europe & Dubai)

  • Receive your purchase in 11-16 working days after the order has been accepted. Signature will be required.

  • Delivery between 9am-7pm, Monday to Sunday.

Due to restrictions put in place delays may affect delivery schedules as a result of COVID-19. For international orders, shipping and gift wrapping services are non-refundable as well as import taxes, duties and customs charges.
